The Community Center will be the cultural heart of Hloubĕtín. It is designed almost as a park, as a landscape: a continuation of the gentle topography, where some of the curves become transparent and habitable. Openness and accessibility are the main ideas behind the project. As the building is inserted in the surrounding landscape, the spaces for the Community Center become part of an urban sequence, a promenade from the streets of Hloubĕtín towards the park.
