The new Cultural Center will become the heart of Skellefteå. Its compact form allows the definition of an exciting public place towards the south, at the crossing of two of Skellefteås main arteries. A central atrium organizes this complex program –museum, theater, library, congress center and hotel. The star-like form rends a high degree of flexibility of use and an effective circulation system.
